A company has to run well and reinvent itself again and again in order to maintain its market leadership. Emotional positions, fears and prejudices are bad advisors, sand in the gears and a costly competitive disadvantage. Triangle's preventive conflict structuring supports owners, single and multi-family offices in the risk analysis of conflict-prone situations, the differentiation of positions and interests and the right focus.

In order to achieve these goals, Triangle relies on the five phases of the classic communicative mediation technique. In phase 1 the procedure is introduced, the degree of confidentiality is determined, the circle of participants and advisors as well as the setting are determined. During phase 2, the positions (want) are collected in a brainstorming session. In phase 3, the interests (needs) behind the positions are determined. This phase can be very painful. Through individual discussions, special confidentiality and the right setting, we will try to find out the real motives of your positions with you. In phase 4, the positions are compared with the interests using the relation technique and a value-adding balance of interests is developed. With phase 5 this solution will be implemented legally. In a final discussion it will be explained when and to what extent Triangle can support you in the future.
